Course Overview:
This course introduces the principles and practices of positive psychology, the scientific study of what makes life worth living. Through a blend of theory and practical exercises, we will explore the concept of happiness and different approaches to increasing it. Students will learn about existing research and evidence-based strategies for enhancing well-being and fostering flourishing communities. By the end of the course, my hope is that students will have a deeper understanding of how to cultivate a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
