Course Description:
The goal of this course is to provide students with everything they need to create a weekend retreat at home. Self-care is important and this course provides a chance to set aside a weekend to spend just on grounding and re-focusing and feeling great physically and mentally. It can be completed any weekend of the student’s choosing or anytime that self-care and reflection is needed.
The Class will Cover/Provide:
A workbook to accompany the content and encourage reflection
Sample schedule that can be used or modified accordingly to guide the retreat
Four sessions of information and practice
Each session will include content on setting, pursuing, revising, reviewing goals and practical tips for pursuing with gumption. These sessions are designed for reflection and application with the complimenting yoga and/or meditation practice for each session
Each session of the weekend retreat (content + practice) is at least 90 minutes of content
